In 1961, Tamotsu Aoi opened a gyoza restaurant in Yahiro, Sumida-ku. The miso ramen, which has inherited tradition while being loved by customers for 50 years since its founding, has a nostalgic taste. Never forgetting the spirit of hospitality at the time of its founding, we put our heart into one bowl of ramen for the smiles of our customers today as well.
